Cancelling a Newsletter

You can cancel a newsletter either temporarily or permanently.

When you cancel an automatic newsletter temporarily, it returns to the next scheduled drop for the next edition. If you temporarily cancel a manual newsletter, it is available again the next day.

To cancel a newsletter temporarily:

1. Go to the Home page.

   

2. Click Cancel for the newsletter to cancel.

To cancel a newsletter permanently:

1. Click Newsletter to go to the Newsletter page.

2. Click the name of the newsletter to cancel permanently.

   The Edit Newsletter page appears.

3. Change the status to Inactive.
